The City of Zagreb city administration is determined to implement energy-sustainable development measures of the City of Zagreb and to achieve a solid and successful cooperation with all relevant partners in the country and abroad. The City of Zagreb, with the adoption of the Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy and as the Supporting Structure of the European Commission – DG Ener, confirms its commitment to energy-sustainable development of the city. By actively involving in the European Initiatives, the City supports and implements appropriate measures for the purpose of rational use of energy, energy and financial savings realization, implementation of energy efficiency measures, renewable energy sources and environmentally friendly fuels, and supports local and regional communities that show interest.
